Welcome to my rail photography page on rrpicturearchives.net. On the right hand side of this page, you will find a links area with a list of folders have I have created for my railroad photos.

I have always had a passion for trains, and I have taken pictures off and on since about 1990. While regular film cameras have been the standard of use for my photos, I decided that it was time to move into the digital age. This was by far the best choice I could have made in rail photography, and thanks to a fellow RRPA net contributor, I was finally able to do just that.

As you will see in the folders to the right, I am still in the learning stages of this hobby (it really changes when moving from film to digital . Some photos have turned out very well, while others will certainly not win any prizes. But as the saying goes, "Practice Makes Perfect", or so I hope!
